Canadian Orders

Orders under $50.00 CND are subject to a handling fee of $10.00.  Orders larger than $50 are subject to a handling fee of $5.00 per box or $15 per skid.

Prices do not include G.S.T. or P.S.T. Shipments outside of British Columbia are subject to GST only.  Smaller parcels (boxes less than 65 lb and less than 39 " in length such as boxes of turning blanks) are shipped most economically by Canada Post-surface.  Larger quantities, 200 lb. to 2000 lb., are shipped most economically by common carrier.  Delivery may take 7-10 days for both methods.  For an extra fee they will deliver to your door if you have a fork lift to unload it otherwise it can be picked up at their terminal. Shipping by Greyhound Bus and UPS will cost more but can shorten delivery time if you are in a rush.

US Orders

Orders under $50.00 US are subject to a handling fee of $10.00 US.  Orders larger than $50 are subject to a handling fee of $5.00 US per box or $10 US per skid.

There is no duty or taxes on rough sawn lumber or bowl blanks shipped to the United States of America.

Customs charges do not apply on small parcels sent via the postal service.  With UPS no custom charges are applied on orders less than $200.  Larger orders are subject to customs and brokerage charges that will be applied to your invoice at cost.

International Orders

Orders under $100.00 are subject to a handling charge of $10.00 CND.  Most countries do not have any import taxes on rough sawn lumber and bowl blanks.  However, there may be customs clearance charges. Shipping can be via parcel post, air parcel post or international courier.  Please inquire for rates and best methods of shipping.

Terms

Board foot (bf): This is a volume calculation where length x width x height, all in inches, are divided by 144. Our lumber and bowl blanks, both round, square and lumber are sold by the "Board Foot" (bf).

Returns, Exchanges and Credits

We offer exchanges, credits and refunds on any wood that isn't satisfactory.  Send it back with a note explaining what's wrong and what you'd like us to do.  Don't send back wood which has been cut, sliced, or otherwise worked on.  Return shipping is at your expense.  We'll pay for the shipping back to you if it's an exchange.  Wood returns must be postmarked for return within 15 days of receipt and properly packaged.
